The Wave/Interact is affiliated with the Gimli Rotary Club. We meet in the schools and have approximately 200 students registered. The Rotary Club at times supplies us with volunteers and pays for some of our expenses. In turn, we report to them twice a month. Bayview Church has generously provided us with space to house our supply and equipment sheds. They also let us use the church for meetings, coffee houses, and music lessons. Church members step up to volunteer in the kitchens during our coffee houses, and we're thankful for that. We're also looking forward to the RM of Gimli commencing to build a youth centre close to Gimli High School, although those plans are temporarily on hold.
